- Preregistration is required.
- Where: Lowell High School, 11700 Vergennes, Lowell MI 49331
- Enter on the west side by the communications tower
- Current fee: All exam sessions conducted by Laurel VEC are free.
- ID required: 1-piece photo id, and your FCC FRN number(social security number will not be accepted)
